City Signs on Again as RiverFest Sponsor

St. Charles RiverFest is scheduled June 6-8, 2014.

Pride of the Fox Inc. is pleased to announce that the City of St. Charles again chose to be the Title Sponsor of RiverFest and will receive naming rights to the festival.


“What a dynamic opportunity for the City of St. Charles to ensure the continued success of RiverFest,” said 5th Ward Alderman Ed Bessner, president of the Pride of the Fox Board. “This festival is built around its residents and showcases all the beautiful attributes of the community.”

St. Charles RiverFest, being held June 6-8, 2014, boasts seven venues throughout downtown. Celebrating its 32nd year, the event features sanctioned dragon boat races on the Fox River, live music on two stages, a 40-ton Fantasy Sand Sculpture, Indian Village and dancing demonstrations, crafts, carnival, Kids Zone with free activities, Kane County Swat Team Demo, local food and much more.


“We are glad to support this family-friendly festival that showcases our city and celebrates the wonderful amenity we have in the Fox River,” said City Administrator Mark Koenen.

The city of St. Charles joins the growing list of more than 70 corporate and community businesses that sponsor RiverFest. Benefit packages are still available and can be customized to match the sponsors marketing plan.


RiverFest is a community festival that is produced and organized by more than  150 volunteer residents and business owners from Pride of the Fox.
