St. Charles City Council OKs Annexation
Owner wants to subdivide site south of St. Charles North, west of Route 31.
The St. Charles City Council on Monday evening gave its approval to an annexation agreement with Terrance F. Bucki for property he owns at 5N264 Route 31, west of the highway and south of St. Charles North High School. The council approved the agreement during its regular meeting Monday night, within an hour after a public hearing on the pact drew no comments, either from the public or the City Council. According to staff documentation, Bucki wants the property annexed into St. Charles and wants an annexation agreement that specifies how the property can be developed.
