Sugar Grove Man Dies in Randall Crash in Batavia

Police on Saturday morning identified the man who died after a two-car crash Friday night on Randall Road in Batavia. David A. Schele, 61, of Sugar Grove, died of injuries sustained in the crash, according a release Saturday morning from Batavia police. "Schele had been transported to Delnor Hospital in Geneva, IL," the release said. "The cause of the crash is still under investigation." Schele's vehicle and another vehicle with a male and female inside were involved in the crash, which occurred at Randall Road and McKee Street in Batavia.
