Letter to the City: Corporate Reserves Plan May Be Approved

Resident addresses letter to the city's elected officials, administration, developers and residents about Corporate Reserves project.

Dear Mayor, Alderman, City Officials, KHOV and Meritus builders, and St Charles residents, I am writing this email to inform the local residents of what is in the works, express mine and my fellow Remington Glen neighbor’s opinions and concerns, urge other residents to express their opinion to the local officials, and convince the city council that this apartment complex is not needed and not beneficial for this city.  It has come to my attention that Corporate Reserve will be on the Planning and Development agenda for the Dec. 10th meeting.  It has also come to my attention that the board might be leaning towards approval for this project. Mr. Difruscolo, you have certainly done your homework. Well done! I suggest you submit your questions by FOIA, to get direct answers for the rest of the information you seek. We have a history, in this town, of misdirection and delay, for residents who attempt a direct dialogue with some city staff. It may be awhile, to get those answers, and meanwhile, time and " legacy" march on.   more ›
