Kane County Health Department continues to stress the importance of emergency preparedness.
Are you ready for a disaster? That’s a question all residents should consider and make preparations for, according to the Kane County Health Department. After a natural or man-made disaster, you and your family may need to survive on your own. This means having your own food, water and other supplies in sufficient quantity to last for at least 72 hours, the Kane County Health Department said in a release on Monday.
