OMG PD: I Walk the Leash, Playtime Tension
Here's a round-up of recent, bizarre police report items from the area.
BURR RIDGE Someone at 9:50 p.m. March 29 reported a suspicious person walking a leash without a dog on the 100 block of Tower Drive. Upon arrival, police saw a male place a dog into his vehicle. There was no criminal activity, police said. CLARENDON HILLS A woman at 3:48 p.m. April 24 found two kids' target arrows in her back yard on the 300 block of Ridge Avenue. Police found that some children next door play "Harry Potter with bows/arrows," according to a police report. An officer spoke with parents at the children's address and advised them of the proper ordinances and supervising their children's safety. This is an ongoing issue between neighbors, the report said.
