Laws should not be enforced on victimless crimes. Our prisons have become warehouses for individuals whose "crimes" do not affect others - at no small cost to the taxpayer. There was no "human trafficking" involved here, just a 50 year old masseuse offering a biological release to her client. Anonymous Tip Sparks St. Charles Prostitution Arrest

Chicago woman arrested after police said she offered more than a massage at Prairie Street business.

An anonymous letter from a St. Charles resident who said he was offered a little something extra after a massage sparked an undercover operation at a Prairie Street business that landed a Chicago woman in police custody on prostituion charges. Jing Zhang, 50, 227 W. 23rd St., Chicago, was charged March 7 with keeping a place of prostitution, and prostitution. Both are Class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance pending an appearance at 9 a.m. March 28 in Kane County Branch Court. According to St. Charles police spokesman Paul McCurtain, the department received the anomymous letter from a resident who went to Marigold Massage, 2075 Prairie St., for a massage. But after the massage, the employee offered additional services…

Medina, If I asked a licensed massage therapist if the male organ is a muscle...I think they would say yes, and so don't licensed massage therapist work on muscles?? In many countries this type of practice is acceptable....the Male organ is considered a muscle which needs therapy.
