Missing St. Charles Woman Found in Michigan
The woman is OK and will be taken back to Illinois, police said.
An 89-year-old St. Charles woman that was reported missing Sunday morning was found in another state, according to media reports. Sara F. Mignin was in East Lansing, Mich. Monday afternoon asking for directions inside a Panda Express, the Daily Herald reports. Arrangements are being made to get Mignin back to Illinois, police spokesman Paul McCurtain told the Kane County Chronicle. Police began a missing adult investigation after Mignin was reported late for a visit with her daughter on Sunday morning. Authorities said she had no pressing health or cognitive issues. She recently seemed to have some forgetfulness. A couple at the East Lansing Panda Express heard her talking and she appeared to be confused, the Daily Herald's story said. …
