A St. Charles man found himself in hot water at home and with police last week after he supplied alcohol to an underage family member, whose parent then reported the man to police. Nicholas J. Juliano, 45, of the 200 block of Grand Ridge Road, was cited at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, at the St. Charles Police Department, 211 N. Riverside Ave., with social hosting/providing alcohol to a minor. He was issued a notice to appear in court. According to police, Juliano was approached by an underage family member who wanted alcohol to take to a party in DeKalb County. Police said he obliged.
