TUESDAY, FEB. 26, 2013 Justin Ross Cone, 35, of the 38W100 block of McDonald Road, Elgin, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. at 1700 Riverside Avenue on a DeKalb County failure to appear warrant. He could not post bond on $5,000 bail or the $75 failure-to-appear fee and was transferred to the custody of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Police originally were called to the Riverside Avenue address on a request to remove Cone, who residents said had been punching walls. His knuckles were bloodied when police arrived. Andrew A. MONDAY, JAN. 21, 2013 A 50-year-old resident of the 4200 block of Meadow View Drive reported 10:25 a.m. that someone broke out the front passenger-side window of her 2012 Honda Accord while it was parked overnight in the driveway of her home. Jordan Maxwell Hale, 21, of the 400 block of Union Avenue, was charged at 11:58 p.m. with possession of cannabis-less than 2.5 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police discovered the cannabis and paraphernalia while responding to a domestic disturbance at Hale’s residence. WEDNESDAY, JAN. 2, 2013 Foreman Tool, 3850 Swenson Ave., reported at 4:58 a.m. someone had broken the passenger-side window of a company plow truck while it was parked in the back parking lot between 6 a.m. Dec. 29 and 4:55 a.m. Wednesday. The truck’s dome light also was damaged. The owner could not determine if any items were missing from the truck. Damage to the window and the dome light was estimated at a combined $400. Police who were downtown for bar closing said Okerblad approached an officer and demanded a ride home, and the officers informed him he should call a cab. A 47-year-old resident of the 00-9 block of North 12th Street called St. Charles police about 4:01 a.m. to report his Cadillac Escalade was being stolen. THURDAY, DEC. 20, 2012 St. Charles police were called at 1:39 a.m. to The Beehive, 204 W. Main St., on a report of a highly intoxicated man hanging out around the trash bin at the rear of the bar. According to the report, the individual had been told to leave the bar earlier after creating a disturbance and then was banned from the premises. Police made contact with the individual and made sure he got to his home.
