MONDAY, JAN. 21, 2013 A 50-year-old resident of the 4200 block of Meadow View Drive reported 10:25 a.m. that someone broke out the front passenger-side window of her 2012 Honda Accord while it was parked overnight in the driveway of her home. Jordan Maxwell Hale, 21, of the 400 block of Union Avenue, was charged at 11:58 p.m. with possession of cannabis-less than 2.5 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police discovered the cannabis and paraphernalia while responding to a domestic disturbance at Hale’s residence. Hale posted $150 bond and a $50 processing fee and was released pending a Feb. 14, 2013 court appearance. SUNDAY, JAN. 20, 2013 Alberto J. Sepeda, 24, of the 0-99 block of Longview Place, Elgin, was charged at 5:32 a.m. …
