TUESDAY, NOV. 6, 2012 A 53-year-old resident of the 100 block of Lakeside Drive, reported at 10:11 a.m. the theft of a hubcap from a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle, which also had been scratched, while it was parked overnight at her home. She told police she had rented the vehicle the morning before from Enterprise Leasing, 1203 E.
