St. Charles police say the man exposed himself in a stairwell.

St. Charles police are investigating a public indecency complaint after a cross-dressing flasher was twice seen at a local hotel.

The incident occurred Wednesday, July 24, 2013, after a Noblesville, Ind., man, who was a guest at Holiday Inn Express, 1600 E. Main St., encountered the strange man twice while at the hotel.

The guest told police he was sitting in the hotel’s courtyard about 9:45 p.m. when a man walked out of door “I” and lifted his shirt, exposing a white bra and white panties. The individual then retreated back into the hotel and out of sight, the guest told police.
