Local Lawmakers Help Override Veto of Concealed Carry Bill

Both the Senate and the House voted for the override. Here's how St. Charles-area lawmakers voted Tuesday.

State lawmakers on Tuesday overrode Gov. Pat Quinn’s veto of the concealed carry legislation, the Chicago Tribune reports.


Senators voted 41-17, and the state House voted 77-31 to override the veto.
